If you admire portrait drawings but you don't think that you have the talent to do it or you simply want to improve your skills, this is the right workshop for you. Join like minded people and have fun learning how to draw realistic portraits. Viktoria will lead you with an easy to follow method where you will learn how to draw facial features, light, shadow, and three dimensional form. Each student will receive individual attention throughout the class. Come and join us!
Supplies you need to bring:
- Strathmore Drawing Pad - 11x14 or larger
- Graphite Pencils – 2B, 4B, 6B
- Eraser and Sharpener
- 8”x10” photo - should be a sharp, high resolution black & white of a close up head (where shadow/light is clearly visible preferred)
There will be a 30 minute break for lunch. Participants should bring a bagged lunch with them.
Cost for the class is $30 for non-members and $20 for members.
