Town Hall will be closed on Monday, December 24 and Tuesday, December 25 in observance of the Christmas Holiday. Trash and Recycling collection will be on a one-day delay beginning Wednesday, December 26 through Friday, December 28.

The Zoning Board of Adjustment’s December 27, 2018 meeting has been canceled.

The Winter Bulky Item Pickup will begin at 7 a.m. on Monday, January 14.

Zoning Board of Adjustment

The Zoning Board of Adjustment is a volunteer board consisting of five members and two alternates. The Board of Adjustment hears all variance cases, Conditional Use permit requests, and appeals of the Zoning Administrator's decisions. This Board acts as a quasi-judicial body, and makes a final decision on all of the cases brought before them. All documentation brought before the Board of Adjustment must be provided in the form of evidence, and all speakers at a Board of Adjustment meeting are sworn in before providing testimony.

 The Board meets on the 4th Tuesday of the month at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers in Town Hall when there are cases to be heard.
